Copley Advertising is looking at changing the way companies recruit candidates - the current recruitment system is antiqued and ineffective. Paying a recruiter $5,000 to drag a body across your lobby floor and say, "Here pay me and don't worry, they will last six months." doesn't seem like an intelligent way to hire someone.
